By accessing or using FeedLab ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The Service is operated by Averon Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for use by education professionals in secondary schools and further education settings. By registering, you confirm that you are using the Service in a professional capacity and are authorised by your institution to do so.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@feedlab.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
FeedLab processes student assessment data locally in your browser. Student data is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. You remain the data controller for any student data you process using the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with your school's data protection policy and UK GDPR obligations.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue generating reports. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
All content, design, code, and materials on the Service are owned by or licensed to Averon Labs Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without our written permission. Feedback statements you create are your own and remain your intellectual property.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Averon Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or if we have reasonable grounds to believe your use is harmful to other users or to the Service. You may close your account at any time from the Settings page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
